Make refilling your products easy with Choose Refill! Simply drop off your containers at a time that works best for you, and we’ll handle the rest. Whether you use the extra time to tackle other tasks or enjoy a well-deserved break, we’ve got you covered. Once your order is ready, just pick it up and you’re good to go. Sustainable living has never been more convenient!

How it works:

1. Leave your clean containers with staff; we will tare them prior to refilling.
2. Depending on your plans for the day, a pickup time convenient to both you and our staff will be agreed upon. You may even leave the pickup until another day if this suits and helps you best.
3. Refilling will be done according to your instructions, written either on the containers, submitted as a descriptive written list, or discussed with staff at time of drop off.

To ensure a smooth and time efficient process for us all, we recommend the following before you arrive:

• Please prepare your containers by rinsing and drying them.
• Label each with the name, type and scent of the product you want. (For example, Bare Home, Hand Soap, Bergamot and Lime.) This can be as simple as a piece of masking tape – we can put a custom label on when filled.
• You may also just leave a descriptive list of the products you wish to refill, or discuss with staff at time of drop off.
• Make a list of any other items you may wish to purchase.

Payment:

• Payment will be completed at time of pickup. We accept credit, debit and cash.
